Flow Pilates

Flow Pilates class works on the whole body, focusing on various muscles to create a corporal balance, agility, flexibility and strength. Benefits of cardiovascular fitness, improve posture and postural alignment, muscle tones, energises, increases feelings of aliveness, brings rhythm, dynamic and ease creating a flow to release tension gaining emotional wellbeing. A class that uses breathe work, body muscle expression, core strength, individual organic flow movement that helps the improvement of muscle elasticity and joint movement. The class ends with relaxation a personal connection of mindfulness time, embracing self with gratitude.

Monica Espinoza Anguerre designed a blend of Dance Arts into a Pilates Class Mat. Suitable for all, as participants can work on their personal level.  It is an uplifting class created for wellbeing and for those wishing to extend more can even take private sessions.

Flow Pilates Private Sessions:

A Private Pilates session is ideal for anyone suffering from a condition such as back, neck or joint aches, as the session tailors to the needs of the client.

Private Flow Pilates session is well suited for dancers and sport minded people who wishes to improve a particular skill or gain core strength, balance, flexibility or for simply toning at their own quality time.


Salsa Dance for Wellbeing

Time to nurture and have an enjoyable time to laugh, ease tension, exercise, eliminate stresses and time to rejuvenate with Salsa moves.
This session is for those wishing to explore guided and freely salsa movement discovering a joyful Latin rhythm. The session provides space for couples to bond but not limited to couple time. The session is so uplifting to nurturing the body. 

Private Sessions
Private Sessions are Avalilable for Couples wishing to dance Salsa together other than Salsa for
Fitness class.
Salsa moves provides an opportunity for the person to gain confidence dancing self and/or with a
partner. This session is recommended for people wanting to work in body expression, expand their
own movement repertoire, and work intensively as a workout or simple wanting to learn for a their
coming up event or social gathering.
